By registering for and/or using Our website heartology.id (the “Website”), you as a user (“you”) have agreed to, and have read, understood, become aware of, and accepted, these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and the attached privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). These Terms and Conditions and the attached Privacy Policy constitute an agreement regarding the procedures and requirements for using the Website between you and us, namely PT Jakarta Pakar Kardia together with its subsidiaries (“We”).

You agree and acknowledge that We have the right and authority to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and We will notify you of such updates when you access the Website. If you cannot agree to these Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, you may stop using the Website and delete your account if you have registered as a user of the Website.

2. This Website serves to provide information about Us or the hospital We manage (“Heartology Cardiovascular Hospital”) and to obtain Our Services (as defined below) available at Heartology Cardiovascular Hospital.

   3. Health Checkup Service: You can make an appointment for a health checkup at Heartology Cardiovascular Hospital by choosing one of the packages offered. If you are not yet sure which of the available health checkup packages to choose, you can use the questionnaire service to go through questions and answers with Our Q&A engine, which will guide you in choosing a suitable health checkup package.
   4. Health Articles and Tips Service: You can access health articles and information in this service, which We will update from time to time.
   5. Other Services: You will receive other additional services that are currently being developed by Us (hereinafter, individually or collectively, the “Services”).
4. For the avoidance of doubt, you understand and acknowledge that the information displayed in the Information Service may differ from actual conditions and that, at Our discretion, appointments made through the Appointment Service may be changed or canceled by Us at any time.
5. You understand that the appointment schedule under the Appointment Service may change if the doctor is unavailable.
6. You understand that if you require care for an emergency medical condition, We do not recommend that you use this Website.
7. You understand that if you wish to process a refund of a transaction for the cancellation of a Service you previously registered for on the Website, you are required to do so directly at Heartology Cardiovascular Hospital, depending on the location of the Service you chose.
8. We reserve the right to change, remove, and/or apply new terms and conditions in these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately and will be notified to you when you first access the Website after such changes take effect. Your continued use of the Website will be deemed consent to be bound by the changes to the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
9. We reserve the right to change, remove, reduce, add, and/or update features or facilities in the Website at any time. Your continued use of the Website will be deemed consent to the change, removal, reduction, addition, and/or update of the Website’s features or facilities.

11. We reserve the right not to process a registration, or to restrict or terminate use of the Website, if We have reason to suspect that you have violated the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and/or the applicable laws and regulations.

You represent and warrant that you are an individual who has the right to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and that you are at least 21 (twenty-one) years old or married, in good physical and mental health, and not under guardianship or curatorship. We have the right to close or cancel your account if this is not true.
