About and contacting the insurer
Contact Global Assistance.
PT Global Assistance & Healthcare (GAH) is part of Fullerton Health in Indonesia and is described on the group's official site as a managed care provider and third party administrator (TPA). Established in 1992, GAH provides medical assistance, domestic and international medical evacuation, and remote medical services, supported by a 24/7 Alarm Centre. As a TPA, GAH administers health claims on behalf of insurers or client companies and does not underwrite the benefits.
For claim administration, contact PT Global Assistance and Healthcare. Your policy benefits still follow the insurer or employer that covers you.
