Since 2018, Dr. Tartila has treated pediatric emergencies and critically ill children, particularly in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Dr. Tartila's training includes the Ultrasound for Emergency Workshop by the World Federation of Pediatric Intensive and Critical Care Societies (WFPICCS) and the Asia Pacific Intensive Care Symposium in Singapore, an Australia Awards Fellowship at the University of Melbourne, Australia, and the Global Critical Care Workshop in Memphis, United States.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Tartila is a lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, involved in training medical students and pediatric residents, particularly in pediatric emergency and intensive care. Dr. Tartila serves on the central board of the Indonesian Pediatric Society (IDAI), as secretary of the IDAI Task Force on Reducing Infant Mortality, and is a member of the European Society of Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care (ESPNIC).
